As a young girl, Tori Hope Petersen grew up in a home where she experienced abuse. As a result, she was placed into the foster care system and remained there until she was 18. Learn how Tori's frequent moves between foster homes created instability, stress, and a lack of trust in relationships. But amazingly, she defied the odds and found Jesus in the process. She claimed Genesis 50:20 as her life verse, and as a result, she became an All-American track and field star at Hillsdale College and saw that what the devil meant for evil, God redeemed for her good.
