Dr. James C. Dobson is president of Family Talk, which he founded in 2010. For nearly four decades, Dr. Dobson has been a leading voice and advocate for families, helping marriages and parents thrive through psychologically sound, biblically based advice. Prior to becoming an international bestselling author and household name, Dr. Dobson was a clinical psychologist on staff at USC. He went on to launch Focus on the Family in 1977, was a co-founder of the Family Research Council, served on the Attorney General’s Commission on Pornography under President Ronald Reagan, has authored over 30 books, was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame, and his daily radio broadcast today is heard around the world and online. Dr. Dobson and his wife, Shirley, have been married for 55 years! They have two grown children and two grandchildren, and they reside in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado.
